Would give fewer stars but can't. You can't deliver because there is shipping due, cannot pick up because you already marked delivered - TWICE. Your contract states you are to contact the company who shipped it - but you didn't. You sent the person who was going to pick it up to a building with a locked gate -genius!! The person on the phone with a very thick accent said it was already delivered and wouldn't budge ...GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER - this was something i was sending to my mother who has dementia...shame on you

They can't even get out to attempt a delivery. But they will mark an attempted delivery on their pad to look better. Sad

Luckily, pickup was fairly smooth ... because delivery, and the FedEx website, leave a lot to be desired. Had a package they kept trying to deliver while I was at work. Went online, talking info was confusing, behind, and ultimately not helpful for this customer or FedEx. Staff was kind at this location, and was willing to look for my package a second and third time despite it not being placed in the right spot (according to counter staff).

They said they attempted to deliver a package, but I had been waiting at the front door for hours, and they never came. I went out of my way to pick up the package, and the guy at the counter was rude. FedEx is the worst shipping company, I hate when people choose it to send me stuff. Tell me why no other company has problems delivering but FedEx can't figure it out. ?

I HATE fedex They lose my packages ALL the time and when you call the local facility, you can not speak with a live person!!!!!!

There is a shipper who keeps sending things where I am not! I am a snow bird in fl now. I can't talk to anyone to get the phone #of the shipper!!!!!!!! Customer Service hangs up on you. not good.VERY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE IT KEEPS HAPPENING OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Expedited package made it from IL to VT overnight only to be put on a truck multiple days in a row with 0 attempt to deliver it. They do not fulfill their end of the transaction.Use any other service. Walking the package to another state might actually be faster.

Only ordered a couple times with places that use FedEx and I have to say they are terribly unreliable and give B.S. excuse about it being because of a "roadblock" from the driver notes same as the excuse last time. No hurricanes floods or downed powerless in a 100 mile radius lol so not going for that lie. Being a truck driver myself maybe if they want to lie they should make it believable and add "truck breakdown" to their excuse library.

Absolute worst delivery provider for VT. They will delay packages for 1-2 days for no reason. The most recent delay is due to “weather” however it’s been part cloudy skies for the past three days.Absolute garbage. Please avoid shipping with this company at all costs.

I am very unhappy all the way around. I ordered my new iPhone 14 pro max on Xfinity Mobile and it was meant to be delivered by these people. I am disgusted by not only the attitude of a women in the office but also by the negligence on who you gave my package to! It was delivered to a very nice lady who was nice enough to return my iPhone to me. Luckily I still have my product. No thanks to you!

Every time I order online and a company ships through Fedex, I always have to go out of my way to get the item I bought. No delivery attempt made is always the notice I get. When something is supposed to be shipped to my address this shipping company can never find my house or attempt to bring it to me, when items shipped through UPS or USPS get here just fine.Update, I ordered a new cell phone and the driver recorded that they attempted twice to deliver and customer was not there so they postponed until the next day. This is the second day so far. I have been watching with home security and watching the door and no attempts whatsoever were made.

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered 12/22/2022. It arrived at the local FedEx location and was checked in at 9:22am. Here it is 12/27/2022 and #1 None of the outsourced FedEx agents understood what I was asking, they never once offered to call my local FedEx hub to find out why my package is going on a week late.To make this even more aggravating, FedEx refuses to give out the phone number for their local hubs, so we are left with talking to people who barely speak English.Also, FedEx's automated system is trash. I hope they didn't pay too much money for it.

Terrible communication. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 16th and keeps getting “delayed” because “nobody is home for delivery” … I am home ALL day and nobody has attempted to deliver OR reached out to me saying there was a problem with delivery. Now I’m getting a message saying I have 2 days to pick up or it’s shipped back
