The staff at the FedEx are super helpful and kind, able to get the right packaging you need for your shipping needs. The representative was very informative and speedy, explained tracking info and price breakdown in detail after receipt. Pickup was fairly smooth and delivery people have always been on time, courteous and kind. The location staff was willing to look for a package a second and third time, while it was not placed in the right spot. The lady at the customer service counter was short and tired, but the FedEx service get a stamp of approval and super appreciation.
Worst fedex facility I've ever come across. These drivers are laziest, angriest and most worthless group of drivers.
