If there was a 0 that is what they would get! I went to the Williston store and tried to buy a sink. Unfortunately, Tony the person helping couldn't use a forklift to get the sink off the top rack. There wasn't anyone available to run a forklift so Tony told me to go to Customer Service and buy the sink and it would be delivered Thursday free due to the inconvenience. Well, it never got delivered so when I called the store I was told the order was canceled because they were out of stock. There was at least 3 in stock when I was there and when I called I was told not sure why the order was canceled because there were 5 in stock. I wasn't notified of any of this and they have my email account and phone number. The guy I talked to earlier in the day said he would try to figure out what happened but never heard from him. I just got off the phone with someone and was told my money was refunded. It wasn't. Oh, it could take 3-5 business days to return my money. After shopping at Home Depot for years, I'll take my business elsewhere. Customer Service is terrible at the Williston Home Depot!

My experience is its pretty organizedishly. Layout doesn't make sense always but at least the people here are kind respectful and helpful.

First time going to this Home Depot to do a delivery & the manager Josh & the receiving team are the most racist guys I could’ve came across ever delivering to Home Depot , got treated in a very low grade , I also asked the manager for his name & he lied straight up to my face Home Depot needs better management at the end of the day we are all equal no one is better than the other thank you ! HOPE upper management can do something about guys like that

Avoid at all costs, they are 100% unable to send a complete order to your home. I've tried 4 times, 3 times they messed up my order and held my funds for each order for 10 days! This place is a joke!

Very efficient, friendly, and helpful personnel. But, do not make transactions by phone. You will not be able to complete anything by phone. I wanted to complete one transaction pending to be delivered to a different place than my residence and I had tried for 2 different days for a soul to help me by phone. I ended up traveling two hours to complete the transaction in person.

Not like it used to be. Unfortunately, just like every other retailer, Home Depot lacks the staff to provide great customer service. I find the wait times to be much longer than expected when looking for assistance with anything specific.

This place is rude & racist. Being a veteran, it's unfortunate to be looked down on & treated rudely bc my skin tone. Being a loyal home depot shopper, it's disappointing.

the customer service is a failure. No help, the lady seemed bothered that I went to her workstation to pick up my order that's was supposed to come to the curb pick up. Then 2 our 4 item were broken the they place the item in the cart.
It felt like a 3rd world contry experience. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL TIMES. GO TO LOWES OR THE HOMEDEPOT IN LEBANON NH.

Ordering for curbside pick-up is a joke. Ordered items one evening hours before closing so I could get the following day. By noon the next day, still no notification that items were ready. Canceled order and went to Lowe's. Should have just ordered from there to begin with.

Local store: needs to improve staff training. Young dude at night told me they only tint paint, not primer and refused to do it even though I had the label from when they did it last time. Came in during the day and the young UVM student employee was extremely competent and took care of tinting the primer.
Corporate: prices have gone way up and need to come down. Also, quality seems down. Bought some Simonton windows from HD and had them installed about ten years ago - everything was great. Had a few more windows done last year and two sashes needed to be replaced, they caulked one window shut, and all the screens were damaged. They still haven't resolved all the issues.

I picked up a jackhammer at the rental office and had a very pleasant experience. I especially want to give a shout out to George who was very friendly and helpful, really feel like he went out of way !

Instacart checkout didn't work, sales rep got store manager involved rather than giving me space so that I could contact Instacart support.
