This review is for the ski shop. If you're looking to have work done on your skis, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I dropped my skis, boots and bindings for a remount and full tune. They had them for 8 days and didn't touch them.
I got a full refund and took my kit to a local ski shop. They had my skis ready the next day and was cheaper than REI's member pricing. Support local ski shops, you guys. REI is a corporation that has lost touch with being proud of what you do.

I came in for a bike rack, and it wasn't as straight forward as i expected (due to my unorthadox bike sizes.) Trevor spent a good 45 minutes helping me research all of my options, he's a sweet dude and I appreciate the help I got from him!!!

The bike shop team is amazing. I had purchased a new tire for my daughter's bike and tried mounting it for two hours before finally giving up. I called REI to see if they could help. I stopped by 15 minutes later, and they immediately went to work. What should have taken five minutes stretched into over 30 minutes, but they persisted ?. I ended up leaving the tire with them as they continued to try. An hour or two later, I received a call saying they were unable to mount the tire and that I could come pick it up. Apparently, four or more service techs spent over two hours trying to mount the tire, but to no avail. When I went to pick up the tire, I expected to pay at least some amount for their time, but they said there was no charge and even threw in a new inner tube because they had popped at least one while attempting to mount my tire ?. They provided some solid advice on how to deal with this "demon" tire, and I went on my way. In the end, I bought a new tire with a smaller bead and managed to get it on myself ?, but I don't think I would have had the confidence to do so without the REI bike shop team. Thank you ❤️

I had a great experience at this REI location! I went to return a tarp, as well as exchange a brand new sleeping pad that had deflated on its first use. Marcus was extremely helpful and kind with getting the exchange done quickly and easily - also was great just chatting with him!

I will not do business with REI or Salomon again. A pair of winter boots tore, as one can see, in the highest stress/strain location of the boot. Poor material. REI and Salomon would not honor Saloman's two year warranty. The idiot manager claimed a sharp object had pierced the material, which is nonsense. REI will use any excuse to avoid their warranty. Boots were 13 months old, so even if I was a dues paying member, REI's one year warranty would not apply. Garbage product. Garbage warranty.
