“I had a really good experience at this U-haul even though my reservation was not properly made!! The staff was very helpful and nice. I moved my one bedroom apartment belongings from SC in a 10 ft uhaul truck and made a reservation for one free month of storage at this uhaul. I made a mistake/uhaul didn't properly guide me to change the move in date of my storage unit. I essentially made my reservation to start 7/16 and didn't arrive until 7/20 so my storage reservation was cancelled. The staff was kind, helpful, and understanding. They helped me get a reservation for a u box that will be delivered to my new place when the lease starts. It was an easy change to make and very thoughtfully advised given my needs and the free month of storage with a one way move promotion. Easy to load the u box and return the truck.
