  I went here due to good reviews. They are good except for one guy, make sure you don't talk to Craig!!
  
  Craig was very deceptive, pressured me to upgrade 2 lines instead of 1 and lied to me saying it would just be 1. They get commission so they're incentivized to do this but it was past salesmanship to just being slimy. Other salesmen said this was bad practice but it doesn't take back the experience.

  This was the third Verizon store I went to hoping that someone would help me with my phone issue. The store in South Burlington was pretty dismissive of my problem so i didn't want to return.
  
  Helen was excellent and helped me with my phone right away. She tried troubleshooting a bunch of different things, only to find that I needed a new phone due to an antenna issue. She even called the warranty department for me and it made everything so easy. After being brushed off by the other stores, her going the extra mile for me was really awesome. I really appreciate the assistance!

  I am writing to share my review of Avery Larimer who helped me set up my phone at Cellular Sales in Skyland Plaza 1857 Hendersonville Rd. Asheville NC.
  He was patient and guided me through the whole process…(actually did the whole process) He even came out to my car and connected my new phone to the car! Above and beyond what he had to do!!

  My battery on my Motorola was terrible Craig assisted me with paying off my balance and upgraded my device with a better camera which was great! He explained the complex process very well. I will definitely return to Williston for my wireless needs.

  I was in town on business and went to Cellular Sales Verizon to look to upgrade my phone. My salesman Sawyer See, Was absolutely amazing! He made the process very seamless. He spent extra time with me getting me transitioned over. I’ve never experienced such amazing service. I would highly recommend this company 110%. They were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

  Went in to switch from another shady cell phone company. Made it clear we wanted all the information so we weren’t getting into another bad situation. The had us trade in our phones AGAIN to get the promotion, and went through all numbers and verified we weee good to go. I get my first bill and there is a hidden $7 admin fee PER LINE! Another $21 a month they did not disclose. Do NOT shop here DO NOT switch to Verizon. They don’t know what they’re talking about and you well get screwed into a “contract” yet again. While they walk away with brand new phones you’ve traded in. Beware.

  I went to the Williston location and was helped by Craig. The BEST Verizon experience I have had by far!!!! Completely busted my phone but Craig helped turn a really bad day into a great one. He offered me an upgrade that resulted in me walking out with the latest version of the phone I broke. While only increasing my phone bill by 12 cents a month. Miracle Worker! Very Very Thankful.

  Received great customer service! Everyone in this location was very friendly and made everyone that walk in the door feel welcome assuring everyone someone be with them very shortly, and asked if they could get you water, tea or coffee. I have never felt more comfortable and appreciated as a customer at a wireless phone provider before. Thank you to everyone at 60 Merchants Row Williston, VT 05495 location. And a extra Thank you to Craig who made sure he was getting us the best value for out budget! Definitely recommend anyone looking a great location to get great customer service. Definitely shop here they a fantastic!
