“I brought my car today because I was having trouble with my remote car starter. Kyle greeted me and asked what he could help me with. I told him that I bought this remote starter from Yipes in Saint Albans and it wasn’t working. Without hesitation, he grabbed his jacket and went right outside and tried to figure out what was going on. He worked on it for 20 minutes in freezing Vermont weather. With no luck, he got Fred to try to figure it out. He worked on it for 10 minutes. I just wanted to say a big thank you to both of them, especially to Kyle. Even though I wasn’t scheduled and didn’t get the remote car starter from them, Kyle had the willingness to help me with my car. We weren’t able to fix it, but I still appreciate them trying.”

“After I was rear-ended, I connected with Autobahn to fix the damage to the bumper, muffler, and exhaust. Scheduling my appointment was quick and painless, and the staff was cordial and understanding. When I brought my vehicle to the shop, the process of getting it back was seamless, taking only a couple of days. However, after a few days, I noticed my muffler was making an odd noise, similar to a rusted-out Dodge Neon from my high school days. I decided to give them a call to see if there was anything they could do to resolve the noise issue. They contacted Goss, replaced the defective part, and returned my vehicle to me within one business day. Hopefully, I don't get rear-ended again, but if I do, I would happily return.”

When I called Caron's about taking a look at the car, Nick told me I could bring the vehicle in the same day, and he'd review the damage and give me an estimate.
