“Jeep service had my Grand Cherokee L for 2 full days to work on a recall issue, replacement of steering column and then my state inspection.
I must return for a 3rd day for them to finish the steering issue as they did not have parts/time before the Labor day weekend.
I am generally pleased with Jeep service but I would guess they might not have noticed the steering issue if my husband had not pointed it out.”
“I brought my car today because I was having trouble with my remote car starter. Kyle greeted me and asked what he could help me with. I told him that I bought this remote starter from Yipes in Saint Albans and it wasn’t working. Without hesitation, he grabbed his jacket and went right outside and tried to figure out what was going on. He worked on it for 20 minutes in freezing Vermont weather. With no luck, he got Fred to try to figure it out. He worked on it for 10 minutes. I just wanted to say a big thank you to both of them, especially to Kyle. Even though I wasn’t scheduled and didn’t get the remote car starter from them, Kyle had the willingness to help me with my car. We weren’t able to fix it, but I still appreciate them trying.”

“I flew into Burlington VT from Los Angeles CA to pick up my 2027 JCW ALL 4 Mini Cooper Countryman. Everything went as planned. Adam met me at the door. Pleasant introduction and showed me to the waiting area. Shortly after, I met with Sam and we went through financing very quickly. As we were going through financing the car was getting a coating applied to the outside and a fresh detail. After finishing with finance I walked around the well stocked lot and looked at various other new Mini’s. They had a great variety. It was not long after my walk around the lot that my beautiful Mini showed up. Lucus walked me through all of the features inside the car. I threw my luggage in the trunk and was on my way home to Rochester NY. It was about a 230 mile drive and I got to experience how well the car handled the road. I am very happy with my purchase and even happier that I chose Mini of Burlington. If you want to be served as a customer and told about every benefit without asking, Burlington is the place to purchase your Mini.”

I brought my car there as I knew them from where I work, and it was close to my girlfriends house and. They gave me such a fair and honest estimate and they completed the work in such a short period of time and the work was well done. Caron's turned what was a bad week for me into a great week. Caron's has to be one of the best autobody shops I have ever worked with and I have crashed a couple cars :(. I cannot recommend this place enough absolutely stellar. 100/100”

This was (unfortunately for me) the second time in the last year that I’ve needed major repairs on my electric vehicle after an accident, and I’m incredibly grateful for how smooth and positive the experience was. They got me in and out of the shop before any other shop in the area could even schedule an initial assessment. My car looks brand new, and the care and attention to detail truly went above and beyond. Their communication throughout the insurance process and nuances of repairing an electric vehicle was outstanding and made a stressful situation so much easier. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

“I can confidently say there isn't a more personable, skilled, and accommodating auto body owner/repairman than Nick Caron. When I called Caron's about taking a look at the car, Nick told me I could bring the vehicle in the same day, and he'd review the damage and give me an estimate. I returned the following week, and in less than an hour, I had my car back.
