“This is one of the best companies I’ve ever driven for in 10yrs of having my CDL. The owners care for their employees a great deal (very rare). They’re accommodating professional and they pay well too. There are always routes / 100% no touch freight. Some of our drivers are new to the country so they’re doing their best with navigating our roads and highways however over here in America(where I’m from) the way our highways are done sometimes, especially in construction zones are very rushed and often inadequate as far as perfection. Our roads are sloppy and thrown together and these drivers are not used to such conditions. That being said they are excellent drivers and this team I’m a part of I’m very happy with!”

“June 2023I've had to call Casella 4 times to get my trash picked up and my trash is still at the curb. There is no explanation for why they missed the pickup and no follow up from the call center agents. I'm a forgiving and understanding person but after having to call them 4 times, I have now lost my patience and understanding. It would have gone a long way had they apologized and showed up when they said they were going to show up.July 2023I'm editing my original poor review because Carolyn called me and frankly explained the challenges that the business is having.
