“After living at my current place for 12 years, I found myself needing to move and in a crunch. I figured my husband and I would rent a 10' for 2 days to help with making this move a tad bit easier, but I completely forgot that May is move out season because of the college students. The team at U-Haul Burlington not just listened to me vent but they heard my needs and they set me up with a larger truck, still in short amount of time but I was able to make the primary move without multiple trips. Thank you U-Haul Burlington, I appreciate your diligence in working with me and making this move a bit more bearable.”

“Abdi was phenomenal. His service was above and beyond. When we realized the truck we reserved was too small he quickly set us up with a larger one. When we discovered the cargo door and latch were frozen, he came out with a large pail of hot water to thaw it out. Then he came out with a mop to make sure all the water was wiped off the deck. All this while the temperature that morning was 12 degrees. He was polite, cheerful, freindly and anxious to make sure we were happy. He answered all our questions, which we had a lot of. “I had multiple issues renting a one-way trailer from Virginia: the initial pickup location was closed for holiday so I had to be redirected somewhere else, they set my drop-off time earlier than my initial scheduling, and they directed me to return it to a hardware store that doesn't rent U-Hauls. I found this location to return the trailer and the owner was very understanding and accepting of my situation. Thank you for the help!”
