“Me and my family stopped in here on a visit to Woodstock recently. We loved the vibe and all the neat varieties of goodies that drew our eyes everywhere! My kids all found something that enthralled them, including myself. The young store attendant with burgundy hair was so kind and knowledgeable about the toys and jewelry, and after speaking with her about her favorite local artists and pieces I just had to buy the pair moonstone earrings she pulled out for me ? Lovely store in a lovely town, with caring and knowledgeable employees!”
“I seldom leave reviews but I want to comment on my extraordinarily positive experience. Stellar customer service. I ordered a blouse by mail that did not fit. I returned it and was refunded the total amount I paid along with shipping fees. This store paid for shipping two ways and absorbed the cost. Lost money. Who does this?? Anyway, if I am ever fortunate enough to go to Vermont I will make a point to stop by. Meanwhile, I will keep looking online to make a purchase to make up for the time and money I took. Thank you...”
