“I seldom leave reviews but I want to comment on my extraordinarily positive experience. Stellar customer service. I ordered a blouse by mail that did not fit. I returned it and was refunded the total amount I paid along with shipping fees. This store paid for shipping two ways and absorbed the cost. Lost money. Who does this?? Anyway, if I am ever fortunate enough to go to Vermont I will make a point to stop by. Meanwhile, I will keep looking online to make a purchase to make up for the time and money I took. Thank you...”

She also pointed out a trial pack of the product I chose, as she knew it would be just enough for the weekend. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness in recommending what I needed, rather than trying to push for a full price sale. The shop itself was cozy and quaint with all kinds of fun and unique gifts.
