I have used Curbside pickup several times, always at Creekside store in Bristol VA. Brenda is by far the best ever. Recently I started going to Bonham Road for my curbside, because it is closer to my home. However, they are never organized or able to get a hold of when I go to pick up my groceries. Even though it is more convenient to go to Bonham Road, I will definitely be going back to Creekside store.

They are no better than Terry from the Calhoun store. They hung up the phone when I told them I should call a lawyer. Doing without my medicine for a week is against the law. I take 4 different blood pressure pills 2 blood thinners and 3 different sugars medications. Shame on y'all

I spend between $400-$600. a month at Food City. They had a lot of buy one get one free this week. When I got home looking at my receipt I didn’t get anything free. I called the store and they said you had to buy the name brand to get the store brand free. They have never done that.. it was a scam and I will find a new grocery store, they have lost mine and my families business.

Do not.
Ever shop at the Bristol Tennessee volunteer Parkway location. I have seen some very disturbing things. They are like, for instance, I was using the restroom and 2 of the employees that worked in the daily bakery was in there for 15 minutes. Using the bathroom got done did not wash. Their hands went out and seen them. Prep and food not only that, the manager's are rude, says the checkers. And if they don't like you, they're gonna give you trouble.

Waited 15 minutes at the hot bar in Etowah tennessee did not get waited on along with other people person in the back never came out got in argument with manager I will tell everyone I know to shop somewhere else

I've been a customer at the Food City in Loudon, TN on Hwy 72 since 1990. I was just in the store and have never been more angry and disappointed in the last 36 years. The lack of customer service by both employees and management have made it necessary to take my business elsewhere. 2 lanes we're open, no one bagging for the cashiers, 3 people standing at the front of the store, laughing, talking & completely ignoring the situation. 2 of the store managers walked in from outside and they ignored customers and walked back toward the deli. I chased them down and complained. The only response I received was, I'm sorry. Food City in Loudon, TN has lost my business, PERIOD.

I have been shopping at food city in Piney Flats Tennessee from the first day they opened it. This week I purchased two tomatoes. They were packaged with stem down on one and the other one was turned on the side. Same day I got them I opened the package and the one on its side was rotten with mold growing on it. The other one was rotten and both running with rotten liquid.
The produce in this store is in such a state of going bad they have to be used Same day or they start to rot.
I was told that food city buys seconds in produce instead of the grade A best, but the prices are still going up.
FOOD CITY you need to correct this bad produce practice.

I think that the 15 item limit at self checkout is just the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard! Today i had 20 items. The lady came over and said next time I need to use one of the 2 cash registers that was opened with about 6 to 8 people lined up in each line! Why do they care if I'm willing to ring up my own groceries! There was only a couple people at the self check out. I will not wait in line for 20 to 30 mins. To check out with 20 items! My time is more valuable than that!! Crazy!!

Please Let Me FIRST SAY- OUR ENTIRE FAMILY- ARE FOOD CITY "COMPLETELY LOYAL" We Not Only Buy EVERY Single GROCERY Item For Our Family / and Family Events ( 5 Grown Children with Spouses ect- But Also We Buy For EVERY Single One of MULTI Company Wide Events) We Also Use The Food City, Red Bank, TN Dayton Blvd ( Anthony Head PHARMACIST) For ALL of Our Pharmacy Needs - And Have Referred Over 40 Familes in Less than 1 year to Food City Pharmacies) -Also, Let Me Expain-
WE, ( have Shopped at Multiple Multiple Food City Stores - And Utilizied "Curbside Pickup/Go-Cart Service" At All of These. Time after Time - VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCES- and Even When There were Not so POSITIVE Experiences- " Anyone IS able To Lookup The MANY MANY Overly POSITIVE Reviews- Week over Week" - Which Brings Me To - TWO VERY IMPORTANT POINTS - AND WHY I AM TAKING THE TIME ON A VERY BUSY FRIDAY TO WRITE INTO THE CORPORATE OFFICE -THESE MATTERS, WE BELIEVE NEED SPECIAL ATTENTION / AND OR POSSIBLE- RE-TRAINING- #1 - ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO NOW, AT ONE OF YOUR NEWEST STORES- FOOD CITY, KIMBALL, TN - MY WIFE HAD ALREADY SHOPPED THERE THE WEEK PRIOR- ( GO-CART SERVICE-) KENZIE- WAS MORE THAN OUTSTANDING) AND WAS ABLE TO USE THE THE 5% OFF HER FINAL GROCERY TOTAL- WITH FUEL BUCKS POINTS- ( YES, WE SEEM TO KEEP A PRETTY HIGH BALANCE OF FUEL BUCKS, HOWEVER- WE HAVE, AS MOST COMPANIES DO- "COMPANY FUEL FLEET CARDS" THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT YOUR FUELING CENTERS" SO OUR BEST WAY OF USING THE FUEL POINTS HAS ALWAYS BEEN " THE GREAT OPTION OF THE 5% OFF THE TOTAL OF YOUR GROCERY BILL" - HOWEVER, THE VERY VERY NEXT WEEK- WE PLACED AN ORDER AT THE SAME STORE- KIMBALL,TN - AND AT PICKUP- WAS TOLD "OUR STORE -PER "REBECCA, CHAVES"- SORRY ABOUT SPELLING- I HAVE SPOKEN TO REBECCA ON THE PHONE 1 TIME, VERY VERY KIND AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY WOMAN- BUT AGAIN- WAS TOLD CURBSIDE- "PER REBECCA, THROUGH THE VERY RUDE AND "EGO LED, STORE MANAGER- JOSH"- "OUR STORE - WE DO NOT LET ANYONE TAKE THE 5% OFF IN EXCHANGE FOR FUEL BUCKS- PERIOD- SORRY, YOUR ONLY OPTION AT THIS STORE- IS TO FUEL UP OR ĹOSE THEM" - MY WIFE DROVE OFF- TO ARRIVE HOME - AND 3 HOURS LATER- THE MANAGER OF THE THE KIMBALL, TN STORE--"JOSH", FOR WHATEVER CRAZY REASIN- BROKE FOOD CITY CORPORATE POLICIES BY ACTUALLY CALLING MY WIFES PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER- AND WAS SO RUDE AND MEAN TO HER- " THROWING SALT IN THE WOUND" IF YOU WILL- SAYING - THE SAME THING- AND IT DIDN'T TO MATTER TO HIM- IF WE EVER SHOPPED AT A FOOD CITY EVER AGAIN-
I ACTUALLY, HAVE WRITTEN SO SO MUCH ABOUT THIS FIRST TERRIBLE CONCERN- THE SECOND BIG CONCERN- AND LAST- IF ANYONE IN " LOYALTY" IS REALLY INTERESTED" IS WELCOME TO REACH OUT TO ME - THIS SAME STORE - AS OF LATE SEPTEMBER 2024-I HAD 6 ACTUAL EMPLOYEES ( SMALL SURROUNDING COMMUNITY) REACH OUT TO ME - AND TELL ME SUCH DISTURBING TALES OF WHY THEY ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING OTHER JOBS- AND JUST HOW HIGH THE PERCENTAGE OF TURN OVER IS AT THIS FOOD CITY IN KIMBALL, TN - BECAUSE OF THE " WHAT WAS EXACTLY SAID- AS BULLIED BY THE VERY TOP MANAGEMENT OF THIS STORE" OVER 15 PEOPLE - HAD LEFT ALREADY - BUT THAT SERIOUSLY, WAS JUST "HEAR-SAY" , AS THOSE 6 ARE ACTIVELY- AND REALLY SEEKING OTHER EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS- AGAIN, WE LOVE THE ENTIRE FOOD CITY FAMILY - THIS MUST BE A BIG ISSUE- ??

I’ve called multiple times trying to reach someone at corporate office, ran me around the phone que several times and then hangs up. Talked to store manager about concerns laughed it off. Left review no feed back.
Not to mention the American flag that normally flies in front of location has been removed prior to 4th of July and still missing today.
Store in Knoxville is still trashy looking and the employees don’t seem to really care to help anyone.
Location western ave and Middlebrook in Knoxville don’t go there
