Arrived at the scene quickly, dropped our wreck at their facility and then drove us 40 miles to Tri-Cities Airport to pick up a loaner. “My son was involved in a minor accident at the end of November. I didn’t know where to take his car so Allstate sent us to Abingdon collision. It was definitely a learning experience. We as a family have been very fortunate and we’ve not had first hand experience with the shortage of car parts until now. The body shop had to order a bracket for the car and there is a national back order on that specific part. The owner had to get involved and we worked together to find a solution so that we could get the car back and on the road. He followed up when he said he would and followed through with everything as well. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their service.”
