“I'm autistic and have social anxiety and this is the best customer service I've experienced. I brought my item to the counter and the woman rang me up, took my cash, and gave me my change without speaking or eye contact. I know this isnt what most people want in a customer service setting, but it was so refreshing to not have to force myself into painful eye contact or anticipate what im expected to say next. This was the least stressful shopping experience ive had in a long time.”

“Would prefer customer name shown only as A. Lewis, please! Within the last week I phoned Aldie’s Walgreens to inquire for store delivery of difficult to locate OTC homeopathic remedy. Although delivery manifest showed none, the employee thought he’d seen it nonetheless and asked me to wait while doublechecking, which he did, successfully! Upon arrival at store, the gentleman expedited my purchase efficiently and I greatly appreciated multiple ways he thought outside the proverbial box providing top-notch service!! It is a pleasure to post compliment!”
