The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly, welcoming, gracious, positive, and enthusiastic. They go above and beyond, offering assistance with machine troubleshooting and repair, creating a memorable experience. The atmosphere is truly a community, where you can feel kindness and care. My daughter and I visited while on vacation from Alabama. They have a wonderful selection of fabrics, notions, kits and ideas. We wish we lived in the area but will definitely be ordering online. Kira was a lot of help and very friendly.
