“I dropped off my car at the Enterprise shop as it was closing. Since I didn’t have a ride to the Honda dealership to pick it up my own car, Ryan offered to give me a ride in his own car. It was a kind gesture on his part so that I won’t have to walk 20min in the cold to the close by Honda Dealership - giving a ride to a stranger! I was deeply touched by his thoughtfulness. The customer service I received was exceptional, far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this Rental place and would definitely rent a car from them again in the future. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive.”

“The staff at the 5954 Richmond Hwy in Alexandria were amazing. Kevin and another gentleman whose name I am forgetting, were so helpful. They set me up with the perfect car, my favorite rental, a Rouge. Love it! I'm a short senior with some neck issues and I find the Rogue very comfortable for long drives. And then they set me up with an adapter for my phone's charger when I discovered mine wouldn't work with the ports. They were also so helpful with modifying my reservation. I so appreciate having a friendly, hassel-free experience. Great customer service here.”

We talked before the day of the rental as well and he even gave a call the day of to check in to make sure when we were coming. (Obviously their trucks are older and not like driving a luxury car - easy to get over that though and the seat was pretty comfy in my tuck).”

“Bought a new 2025 Subaru Outback Limited XT from Peter (a Sales Manager) and Dash yesterday. Earlier in the day, I had tried to buy the same car - but different color - from Sheehy Subaru, but had a very unpleasant, "bait-and-switch" situation, so I left. Went directly to Beyer and bought the car. I had a wonderful, transparent, honest, straightforward and quick buying experience, and received a better price and better trade in value than Sheehy originally offered (even before they reduced the trade in value). Peter and Dash were efficient, clear, professional and transparent, with no games or hassles / haggling. Great deal; great experience; was in and out in just over 60 minutes. Was the third car we bought from Beyer - only went to Sheehy for the color my wife wanted. Never again.”
