It was a kind gesture on his part so that I won’t have to walk 20min in the cold to the close by Honda Dealership - giving a ride to a stranger! I was deeply touched by his thoughtfulness. The customer service I received was exceptional, far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this Rental place and would definitely rent a car from them again in the future. “I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, even though the representative was assisting multiple customers at once. They handled everything smoothly and professionally without making anyone feel rushed.
They took the time to clearly explain important details about the car, including lights, turn signals, and other features, which I really appreciated. It made me feel confident and comfortable before driving off.
The return process was just as outstanding. Everything was quick and efficient, and the shuttle ride home was a great added convenience.

“Had to rent a car through insurance due to an accident. The day before my reservation I received a call from them telling me how they were experiencing a delay with getting people their cars even with reservations due to major storms the previous weeks. Customer service was great while they had a waiting room full of people waiting to get cars, and made sure to get the customers out asap. I was quoted to wait 45 min to an hour and was out in 15 mins! Overall customer service was amazing and cars were kept in great condition”

“Smooth & easy check in & check out process. Convenient location with Saturday pick up option, which is very helpful. Good customer service. Clean car & works well. We got a Toyota Corolla. The oil engine light came on mid-week during our rental period notifying check was required so hopefully they will have it checked/change the oil before the next renter. We forgot to mention it during drop off but hopefully they have routine check of the cars to ensure passenger safety.”
