First of all, both the tech and the vet were very gentle and loving with my dog. Bella was given a thorough exam, all the while reassuring her. Tests were run while we were there, so we didn't have to wait.

My cat has to take medication to go to the vet because she gets very scared. This time my cat was very relaxed when the vet checked her over for her annual checkup. The vet and tech were quiet and calm and my cat responded well to that.
