My girlfriend had been a client of theirs for over a decade but I was never too impressed. They seem to go through a lot of veterinarians, so it was hard to build a trusting relationship because you would never know what doctor was still there or not. The biggest issue for me was the cost, services were always very expensive and higher than other vets. Believe me, I understand the fact that "you get what you pay for" but that's not true at this place, all you got is to spend more of your hard-earned money. There were no extra peeks or benefits included with the high cost of the mediocre service that you received. One example is the doctor/veterinarian who was also an owner and was supposed to call us back several times unfortunately I'm still waiting for that call it has only been several years but don't worry they will make sure to bill you for every possible thing that they can find. Now with all of that said there was one veterinarian Dr. Lauren Doss DVM, I'm not sure if she is still employed there or not but she is EXCLUDED from this post. Dr. Doss is an amazing knowledgeable veterinarian. Also, she is just an all-around great person who cares about your fur babies and will go above and beyond to make sure that they are receiving the proper care and treatment needed. J.o.W2024

A great crew that cares for both the animals they see and new "pet parents" that come in. A friendly and charming group all around, they treated my pets with kid gloves.

I started bringing my fur baby here in March/April 2024 and so far I am very pleased with the care provided. Scheduling is easy via phone or the app and the staff—from the ladies at front desk to the Techs and Vets—is wonderful. Dr. Rossi is my pet’s vet and he is caring and awesome. Prices are comparable to other clinics in the area.

We’ve been coming to Caring Hands-Alexandria since they opened around 2011. They have taken excellent care of our precious golden retrievers. Today Erica and Dr. Matt Rossi were super. Can’t be more pleased.
