This is not a bank or branch. They are no tellers, cashiers or cash. It’s just like an office.

Requested an appt; received a call about 2-3 weeks later, that my request had been routed to the wrong office/person. Lame. Was assured someone would call me later that same day. No call. Clearly, will not trust this company to handle my assets. Would not recommend at all.
