Unfortunately the signal of cellular is very bad I tried to be with this company, but the signal is so terrible so I just canceled my services cellular and home internet there the charge to much money for bad service customer service is terrible don’t know how to answer question I was have has so much issue with the towel

I wish I could give them zero stars. The entire team was extremely disrespectful and showed no sense of customer service. They refused to help with a simple billing issue where I was overcharged. I was so frustrated with them and left the store helpless. They need to learn manners

Worst customer service ever! They never greeted me as I walked in or even so much as acknowledged me or as if I was even there. I will not be going to this store again unless it is to talk to a manager!

I was turning in my equipment for switching to Verizon. They were friendly and not pushy at all; even honestly respected decision. The way I was treated, I definitely would go back if Verizon isn't reliable.
All three agents were busy, but I only waited 8 minutes to be seen.
Store was clean and easy to access, plenty of parking available.

I went to Cox Store in Kingstowne Alexandria Virginia. The one who help me name Ronda is not friendly. I noticed that she is not helpful and every time I ask. She’s giving me a look and told me why Iam asking since I already called on the phone. She is not fitted on this kind of job.

I transferred from Verizon to Cox last week, got new phone, mobile plan and internet. My phone was disabled and I have like 20000 step verification on all my accounts. Verizon couldn’t even help me port my number over and it took 3 days of going back and forth (needed iPad laptop Apple Watch for authentication) was a pain in the a$$, but Rick one of the salespeople in store made the process as smooth as possible, was incredibly patient, helpful, and dedicated while assisting me. He didn’t put any pressure on me when choosing phone and plans, and while giving some advice and guidance, he was very real and not just trying to squeeze the most out of me. Was a real pleasant experience and I’m paying less for my mobile + internet plan+ phone itself than I was paying for mobile+phone plan with Verizon, which is freakin amazing.
While Rick (ricardo I think?) was the one helping me, I could hear the other sales reps with customers in store and on phone.
These guys are super thorough helpful and busy. Today I needed a copy of my receipt for screen protector and case for warranty purposes. I figured doing it online will be fast and easy. Cox support mobile chat transferred me to three different agents within 45 minutes before telling me “we cannot help you with this, go to the store where you made the purchase” yes I know i could a just called the store from the get go but I’m working and figured I got my phone in pocket I could just check every minute for their responses til resolved instead of remaining on call with someone at the store who’s got better things to take care of, already gave me a receipt and I misplaced it. Anyway short story long, I called the store, Darnell verified my account, number and email, the call duration was under three minutes and the receipt was sent to my email before I was even two sentences into this long a$$ review.

Ronda is the girl! She saved me money on my internet and got me a better internet deal!
