They do exactly what you need them to do. Friendly? No. Customer service? No. But they will print and ship, which most of the time is all that matters.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by FedEx's delivery personnel. Despite my repeated requests for packages to be delivered only to the front porch of my house, I have consistently experienced issues with delivery.I have communicated my request through notes on my account and with each package, yet packages have been left in various locations on my property, leaving them vulnerable to damage from the elements and potential theft. In one instance, a delivery person even threw a package over my fence and into my firepit, causing significant damage.As a loyal customer of FedEx, I expect a higher level of service from your company. I find it frustrating and exhausting to deal with this ongoing issue, and I have not had any luck resolving it through the correct channels with your company.I implore you to take action to ensure that my packages are delivered correct and with a modicum of care, as requested. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see improvements in the future.Thank you for your time and consideration.Sincerely,Shane

After a terrible experience at FedEx in Ft. Washington I drove to this location. No wait and was properly greeted by the nice girl at the counter. I asked if she had a small piece of tape to additionally seal my package. She then took it, scanned it, and proceeded to seal it properly. Before I even asked she printed a receipt. The other location wouldn't do that. This place was great and I highly recommend it.

The employee asked me to pay to print a shipping label because their QR scanning system was broken. I don't think I've ever been asked to pay a store extra to accommodate their broken customer service system.

What a great experience here! I placed an online order and showed up less than an hour later to it practically being ready! Everyone in this location was helpful, friendly and efficient with their time and work! I saved over 1/2 by using the online order service as compared to the online service at other print places …even less than had i walked into this location to order or do self service. Quality work and service that I’d highly recommend at a convenient location with ample parking

First of all, this store is great and has a very professional Store Manager Jorge. Secondly, before everyone leaves comments in a place of business like this realize this is FedEx Office and NOT FedEx, so if your package was late it's not their fault. Don't give them poor ratings for things out of their control like power failures etc. That's not based on service for something they can control and it's not fair to the employees who work there. I will say I came in for an order and was greeted immediately. The store is super clean and organized unlike others in the area. The Store Manager was super nice and helpful. I also got what I needed in a timely manner. If something poorly had happened within their control, I may see things differently, but people here are doing their jobs. Before you get loose with rating retail shops try working in one. It's not all fun and games trying to deal with horrible and rude mean people who don't get their way either. I literally watched someone treat this staff horribly for them doing their jobs and following their required protocols.Prior to writing this I’ve read some unfair reviews for things out of their control and they shouldn’t be reflective on this store or manager and i wanted the public to know. :)-Loyal customer for more than 5 years!

I needed to overnight a laptop to my job, but the person who provided me the label on my side emailed me a copy of a copy of a printed label and it looked like trash out of my thermal printer. Amhad at the counter of this location worked with me to quickly reprint the label from the tracking number and get it scanned in and on its way with zero fuss. I was in and out in under two minutes even with the issue on my side. Thanks!

I have had to come here multiple times a week throughout the duration of the pandemic. Ahmad is the best. Always has a smile on his face, and knows exactly how to get things where they need to go, and when they need to arrive.

My first experience with this FedEx Office was terrific. I walked in on Friday morning and the lone attendant waited on me immediately. I was parked out front (was in a bit of a hurry and the person in front of the parking meter couldn't figure it out) and kept walking over the window to ensure no Parking Enforcement was coming. The attendant kept the process going of boxing and shipping my electronic items and he recognized I was in a hurry. Two more customers came in and he kept processing my order (which also required that I send him the email since the QR Code couldn't be processed). All went smoothly and my package is arriving today (Monday). Well done!!

Jorge was super helpful with getting me the right size boxes. He was fast, polite and made this process stress free. He should really get a raise or a bonus or something lol. He's amazing!!!!!!

The address is completely wrong in the map, I had a package to ship, and spent 45 minutes to find the location, so much frustrated with my first experience with fedex. Customer service is really bad and no one is giving proper instruction.
