Gallery Sancerre is a French-style restaurant known for its expansive, spacious, and uncrowded locale, with much artwork gracing the walls, offering a relaxed and enjoyable environment. The opportunity to wander to see the art while perusing an extensive wine cellar collection is a unique bonus. The food is frequently outstanding and amazing, from appetizer to dessert, with artful presentation. Starters like the sublime beet salad, brie with honey, pate, and beef Wellington bites are noted. Memorable entrees include duck breast, short rib bourguignon, mushroom orzo, steelhead trout, and salmon over beet risotto. Desserts like the crème brûlée and white chocolate bread pudding are excellent. Wine pairings complement meals flawlessly. Service is often attentive, relaxed, wonderful, and impeccable, with staff described as efficient, knowledgeable, and conversational. However, experiences can vary. Some visits note slow service or an absent bartender limiting drinks selection. On rare occasions, food issues like an overcooked duck or improperly trimmed steak have been reported, and a cocktail may taste watered down. Despite this, many find it a wonderful find and a superlative meal, planning to return again and again for a delightful evening.
This was our first time at this restaurant. It was a quiet evening with only one server. While he was efficient, the service was a little slow but not enough to make a huge difference in our opinion of the venue. We will come back again.

The food and ambiance is excellent. The service was less effective: I had to go to the bar after about ten minutes to order our first glass of wine. Once things got going, the service improved.

My husband and I dined there on Sunday. It was very quiet; there were only five or so other tables occupied. Service was excellent. We started with the bread basket, a salad (shared), and the lobster fritters. I had the mushroom orzo; he had the duck. The food was excellent, as was the service. Highly recommend!
