Great place to find parking to access the Mount Vernon trail. Easy access to waterfront and Old Town for a walk or run. Public restrooms available under the bridge. Great place to catch the sunrise.

Jones Point Park is a wonderful park for families and everyone wanting to enjoy the Potomac River. It has a play ground for kids, basketball courts, fishing piers and lots of walking and running trails. Beautiful area looking at Maryland and Washington DC. The best of the DMV. Highly recommend visiting.
