Stopped by Mattress Firm in Old Town Alexandria today and was greeted by Richard. My intention was to buy one mattress and I ended up buying two of them. Richard was very helpful and informative. I’m a longtime customer of Mattress Firm and I will not go anywhere else!

Jerald was a massive help with finding the perfect mattress. It felt like he was trying to help us and not just get money from us. Thank you again.

Jerald was fantastic! We needed to find a new mattress for a back sleeper and a side sleeper and he was able to walk us through the steps of finding a compromise that'll work great for both of us.
