“Wish I found this place 15 years ago when I moved to NOVA. Tremendous service from literally everyone I dealt with. Purchased patio furniture and ended up getting an Amish desk as well. Gave me a discount on the floor model to avoid a long production timeline--and when it arrived it looked literally brand new. Delivery was easy and they don't nickel and dime you. No pressure when you show up at the storeroom either. I'll likely never return to the big-chain retailers out there, these guys are the best!”

I needed to furnish my son’s whole apartment and needed everything delivered in less than 24 hours. She was patient and helped find everything he needed. The finished product looked great, while I bought mostly new items. They had many used reasonably priced items as well. The delivery drivers arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. They were very careful not to bang into walls and put everything where it’s would go, so I didn’t have to move heavy pieces. I strongly recommend CORT.”

“I love this HomeGoods because there's always something new to see. The staff at the Bailey's Crossroads spot is friendly and helpful whenever I'm looking for a specific find. I recently found great spring throw pillows there, but I've bought everything from rugs and coffee tables to barstools and home accessories over the years. It's definitely my default location for a reason, especially since I can always find unique knick-knacks for our home.”

Raphael was courteous pleasant and helpful. He helped us purchase pieces for our dining room.
We called back months later hoping to purchase a piece we had fallen in love with. Kevin advised us that the piece had been sold.
He walked us through the process of replacing the piece. He went over pricing ,ordered the Buffet and had it delivered to our home in Richmond.
We are so impressed with their professionalism, knowledge of product and constant communication throughout the experience.

“One of my favorite store for rare finds. There is a variety from furniture to household goods, candles and even outdoor patio items. The entire shop is in an Old Town rowhome and decorated throughout. Each room has a different theme. It’s a wonderful and eclectic selection of items.”

“Nice place, in fact a very nice place. This is a antique store which is located one block north of King Street on Cameron St. in Old Town Alexandria Virginia. It is across the street from the backside of the Alexandria City Hall. I was really amazing at the volume of high quality antique furniture, painting, dinner etc, this place has. I fell in love with a 19th century desk from France. It's beautiful and in amazing shape. But at $14,000 it's a little rich for my blood. It would fit at all the more modern home I have. If I had one of the numerous 150 year old homes all over Old Town it would fit far better in one of those than in mine. The gentlemen working there the day we went was very knowledgeable on the merchandise in the store and was very happy to answer many of the questions we had. This store is something to see. You'll really be surprised at the number and of the high quality of the antiques in this for. It's really a fun and interesting place to shop. There is no doubt I'll be back here.”
“We had such a great experience at the Crate & Barrel Outlet in Alexandria. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Donna, Marcos, and Mary really stood out.
Donna was such a joy to meet. She’s sweet, happy, outgoing, and the kind of person you’re genuinely happy to see when you walk into the store. She was professional but also so warm and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about people.
Marcos was wonderful too. We were looking for a sofa, and he found another one in stock for us they were bring down to the floor. He also took the extra time to see if there were other colors or something similar available. That really stood out to me because it showed he cared about helping us find the right piece, not just making a sale.
And Mary was so kind. I realized I had dropped my AirPods in the parking lot, so I called the store. She went outside, found them, and called me back to let me know. I really appreciated her taking the time to help.
