This store looked like a hurricane came through. It was messy throughout the entire store. Things were just thrown everywhere. Stock carts were blocking the aisles. It was hard to move around.

I went in today (November 2, 2025) and this store is definitely NOT temporarily closed like Google says!
Wow, fully stocked with awesome finds. I called beforehand to ask if they had an item I needed, and they actually answered the phone, followed the prompt, put me on hold, and came back confirming they had it. 🙌🏽
The Christmas and balloon selection is amazing! For a smaller store, the layout is on point clean, organized, and surprisingly better stocked than our Michaels stores in Orlando, Florida. 🥺🎄🎈
If you’re in the area, this location is absolutely worth the stop!

I normally don't have a problem with Michael's; whether it's in person or placing an order. This is my second time placing an order and this time I'm slightly disappointed. Some of the yarn is in total disarray but the icing on the cake is they didn't send a color/brand that I ordered. I ordered Caron Blossom Cake Denim Daze. I received Caron Cotton Cake Frozen Yogurt. I guess I'll have to shop in store from now on.

Impossible to get this location to pick up the phone. I called many times within store hours.
I chose this location as the ups access point since it is less than a mile from my home. The package arrived at 12:59 pm but when I arrived at 8:10 pm, no one could find it! 2 people searched all over and no luck.
Perhaps the UPS driver never came, but it says that the package was signed for by someone named “Smith”. I have filed a claim with the sender. Not sure if this is the store’s fault or UPS’ fault, but I am leaving a poor review because no one picked up the phone when I tried to call and verify if anyone named “smith” works there.

The people in the customs framing department are amazing. Super friendly and helpful and just good at what they do. My frustration is that no one ever answer the phone at this Michaels location in general. Have a quick question? Good luck getting someone to pick up the phone. When they do, you’ll be disconnected. Infuriating and a waste of time.
