Mr Wash Car Wash offers good, quick, and easy service, providing great value for the money. The staff is generally great, and customer service is appreciated for its ease in resolving account or billing issues. Many customers use the unlimited washes, especially during winter, to keep their vehicles clean. The Columbia Pike location comes highly recommended. Some points of disappointment include the cloth dryer rollers, which sometimes retract too quickly and do not dry the entire vehicle. There is also no holding bay post-wash to reset mirrors. The tag reader system does not recognize all personalized license plates, requiring manual entry and causing delays for some members. A few supervisory personnel can be very rude, but this does not overshadow the overall excellent service. Prices have continued to increase over the years.
I could not get the services I paid for at this car wash place. It does not dry properly and clean well. They don't have car interior vacuum which is supposed to be provided by their service and there is no place to stop and dry clean your car. I can not recommend this car wash service.

Terrible car wash place I’ve tried to cancel my membership and continually was charged 100+ for 4 months had to call my bank to get new card no online number to call either
