“Great customer service with free upgrade: I recently had the pleasure of purchasing some tires from Xtreme Tire Sales. Pressed for time on my day off, (had called multiple places to no avail because of tire size) I needed four tires replaced and needed to stay within budget. After calling Xtreme, I was provided an offer but called back (a few times) and ultimately changed to a lower costing tire. Due to the timing of my last call, it apparently caused the tire to be unavailable. However, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the customer service that followed. Not only did Xtreme keep to their word of the original cost quote but also went above and beyond by giving me a free upgrade (a really nice upgrade) due to the unavailability of the other tires. Since the tire upgrade, I have been thoroughly impressed with my trucks performance and know this was an excellent investment. Overall, my experience purchasing the tires from Xtreme and receiving the free upgrade was exceptional and I will be a returning customer.”

“Just exceptional results. I paid for the Yates signature interior and exterior automotive detail which went for $250. Dropped it off at 6:30am and it was ready at 6:30pm. The car looks immaculate - I'm tempted to say better than new but I'll stop short. The care that was put into cleaning and dressing everything is obvious and well executed. Not a single streak, not a single hard water drop. Just gleaming paint, windows, rubber and metal. A very satisfied customer!”

“Staff was kind and communicative, and making the appointment (as well as paying online) was super easy. My car is small and I asked for internal and external cleaning - first time getting it cleaned in the 10 years I’ve owned my car - they did a SUPERB job. Windshield, nooks in the car door, console compartments, all the carpeting, everything was very clean and they brought back the “new car” feel without any smelly chemicals or lingering residue. Highly recommend ?Also, for information on where they’re located: they do a good job of putting up signs all around the nearby area but they are in the underground garage near one of the entrances/exits”

My car was extremely dirty (months of pollen buildup and bird p*** from being parked outside), I got the most basic wash for $12, and when I left it was totally spotless. They definitely did a better job than other car washes I’ve been to, I like that there’s people working on your car at the beginning and end (not just a machine).”

“It's not the best but it'll do. Owner no English, workers no English. I spoke Korean to the owner and in the end got so so results. He's a conservative old man. Wcyd. 4/5 so many missed spots I went home and washed my car again. 39+10 for tip. Likely not going to return.”

“I live out of state but I come to VA often when I'm in this area. I needed a place that was convenient, cleaned well and listened to my needs. The first 2 times my vehicle was filthy and they did a great job. So I purchased the monthly pass even though I might only use it once or twice a month. After I purchased the pass the cleanings weren't as good. I had to keep pointing out missed areas and even paid for extra items to get what I wanted. The guys working there are nice enough. The cashier is a bit rude and unpleasant but I don't have to interact with her long so I can get over that. I'll keep coming and I'll recommend to others to see how they like this place ( might be I'm getting better service because my tags are out of state...??) I've read the many bad reviews but so far I can't say mine is that bad. They definitely are improving each time.”

Diana helped me get the information properly into the system. She was courteous, efficient, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Her customer service was top notch!!
