Old Town Ace Hardware, reopened in 2015 after renovations, offers a spacious 8000 square foot store filled with thousands of essential products from trusted brands like Benjamin Moore Paint and Big Green Egg Grills. The helpful and knowledgeable staff is dedicated to assisting customers in finding exactly what they need, often going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Shoppers appreciate the store's unique selection, especially for hard-to-find items that larger stores may not carry.
Customers have shared positive experiences, highlighting the staff's willingness to assist and their friendly demeanor. One customer recounted how two employees helped push their car a full city block after it broke down, showcasing the team's commitment to helping the community. Others noted the staff's expertise in locating various products quickly, making visits efficient and enjoyable.
With free parking available behind the store, Old Town Ace Hardware is a convenient and welcoming place for both casual shoppers and those looking for specific supplies. The store remains a valuable resource for the local community, encouraging customers to stop by and explore the wide range of products available.
The folks who work at Old Town Ace Hardware are amazing! They know exactly where everything is, they try to help out as much as they possibly can. This is my favorite hardware store.
