“I just purchased a Weber grill from Village Hardware during a brief in-store visit. The salesperson was really helpful in process and set up assembly and free delivery for me. I called back to confirm that I would have the needed parts to attach the grill to my natural gas line and was assured that I would.Rick assembled and delivered the grill this morning. He had the extra adapter that I needed for hook-up. He took time to thoroughly explain functions and maintenance and answered all of my questions. He even shared a recipe. “Hi! I haven't been to a HD in a while, but knew this was one of the best run & well stocked from friends. Was in the neighborhood for another reason & needed Frost Covers for outside water connections, weather advisory. Stopped in on Saturday, super busy, but a fun energy, Holliday Decorations were out for Christmas- discounted early so snagged a few. Watched the little ones be so excited at the animated decorations moving & singing like being at Disney World. Garden Shop had great reductions on Flowers, so bought some season appropriate. Needed some brooms & floor cleaners, again great prices. Then the search began, Faucet Covers. Walked everywhere- no where in sight. Walked up front & a super helpful HD Employee walked up & said what do you need? I described - he says without missing a beat, back to the left, between aisles 38 & 39 in between on a display. I was skeptical but went anyway. Sure enough right where he says! Perfect experience great selection and even better prices. Thank you Biz!”
“I initially went to Ferguson's warehouse in Alexandria and a gentleman was very helpful and referred me to their showroom near Springfield for more selections.. I just purchased bathroom fixtures from the Springfield showroom which has an expansive display. Bernie is an exceptional salesperson!! He spent so much time explaining brand features and options and I am so appreciative.”

“I had to pick up a couple of new strands of Christmas lights cause good luck finding the bulb that doesn't work lol!Was happy to see they still actually had a large selection instead of being sold out like in recent years.Got two packages of lights, a new pot for my ever-growing, orchid, and a new cute little succulent. Literally, every employee I passed, said hello to me, had a big smile on the face and it was genuine and warm and welcoming. It was a really good vibe. Steven was my cashier and he was amazing! So friendly, helpful, and he also had a big warm smile on his face!”
“Right off the highway on our way back to D.C. from a Richmond trip, we pulled into this Home Depot. It's exactly like all the other Home Depots with a large garden area and massive aisles of anything you need for a home project. Bathrooms are in the back, but expect some dirt inside. I purchased a very specific black cabinet door sample and was trying to find the exact Black through the paper swatches in the store. I bought a paint sample and didn't really like the black l came back and gentleman, he was amazing and he told me l could find the exact mach just by using the cabinet door t. Look, customized a color the matched exactly!! I couldn't be more excited or more grateful...”
