Could not recommend working with Mekhi at all. Grooming was not completed to the agreed terms. The groomer called and said my dog was finished but when I arrived he was still wet without receiving a proper blow out, the paws were not even touched/trimmed, and he did not receive a sanitary trim. I had to go else where to get the job actually done essentially paying twice.

This is a great store! I adopted my first kitten here through the Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation. The store associates were very helpful with the adoption and the cashiers are friendly. I was given a coupon book while adopting that I used to save a lot of money while buying supplies for my Kitten. I have come back often to buy a collar and toys for my kitten. I also like their loyalty app. Every time I go I have a couple dollars in rewards dollars.

Always helpful. At times, the check out line can get long, but I’ve never had a question where the staff hasn’t gone out of the way to make sure it’s fully answered. They just need 1-2 more associates during the weekends, to manage the lines.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG FOR GROOMING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A PICASSO GROOMING STYLE.
I recently took my schnauzer to PetSmart for grooming, and I have to say it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, I noticed the employees seemed disgruntled and unwilling to work. They appeared unmotivated, and their lack of enthusiasm set a negative tone.
After waiting longer than expected, my pup was finally taken back for grooming. When I returned to pick him up, I was shocked at how poorly he had been groomed. The cut was uneven, and they missed several spots, leaving him looking scruffy instead of the neat schnauzer I know and love.
To make matters worse, my dog seemed stressed and uncomfortable, which was concerning. The grooming area did not look particularly clean either, making me wonder about their attention to detail regarding hygiene.
Given the staff's disgruntled attitude and the overall quality of service, I won't be returning for grooming again. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a positive experience for your furry friend.

Terrible customer service,
Today I asked the cashier about a specific cat food that I didn’t see available in the aisle.
I needed to purchase this for an Insta cart order ..
The cashier proceeds to tell me,
if you don’t see it that means there’s none available.
I just told her I guess I’ll look for a replacement for my customer..
I ask another associate that I saw back in the cat area and he goes to the stock room to check and comes out with 2 cases of the cat food I was looking for ..

This place should be shut down. I don’t know what’s happened but it’s gone completely downhill. We picked up our dogs and one has a bladder infection. They both got groomed this morning and they smell AWFUL. It really makes me wonder what happens in their rooms. $500 for boarding and grooming and now to the vet we go. Do not send your pets here.

These groomers are LAZY. They try and up charge you on everything and when you say no they just shave your dog down without even asking first WHEN MY ONE REQUEST WAS TO NOT SHAVE HER! I should’ve known better—as I was getting there, another person was pissed for the same reason. Should’ve just turned right around. I do not recommend.

Visited the grooming center to get my dogs nailed trimmed. They offer both grinding and traditional trimming. Walk in service, just need proof of rabies. Staff was helpful and kind. Will return!

This location killed a dog and didn’t even notify the owner. The owner was notified by the vet who said when they dropped off the dog it was already dead and covered in blood. Another person reported their dog also died in their custody with a very similar story. Another person reported picking up their dog and it was covered in blood and the bed they brought was covered in blood. This location is currently being investigated after several issues with dog being harmed or killed at this location. Don’t believe me look it up on NBC Washington. Don’t let your dog die in these cruel individuals hands.
