I arrived without an appointment. The sign-in process was easy. The wait time was very reasonable. The blood was drawn expertly. The billing was clearly explained. The results were returned overnight. This location works very efficiently.

Staff was very friendly and skilled. However, the facilities are in really bad shape. Whole place looks run down and dated. Walls need paint. The restroom for urine sample collection had no working sink. Compared to other Quest facilities in rhe area, this one is shameful.
