“I have NEVER encountered rude behavior and have been a patient of this lab for over 3 years. I find them quick & efficient IF YOU HAVE THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS. I’ve witnessed ppl coming in with NO info as to WHY they’re at the lab. Maybe THEY ARE THE PROBLEM and not the staff.”
“It is very obvious that this location is very understaffed. I was there for 8:15 appointment and the waiting room was full with scheduled appointments and walk-ins. The two people I interacted with had to check people in and then do the actual lab work. I give them credit for being as patient and nice as they were.”

“I love this location. I've been there twice recently. The staff is extremely communicative, kind, and keeps everything managed tightly. One of the times, I came in two hours early than my scheduled time during an extremely busy day. Though they couldn't make promises, they were able to get me in as their system allowed (and actually fairly quick).”
