“Making an appointment online was super easy. I went in and was greeted right away, signed in, and was called within 5 mins. The young lady took me to the back and proceeded with the procedure of drawing my blood (I have small veins, so Im a little difficult). She found my vein on the first try, and I was in and out! The room isn't huge, so I would think they would have to have very experienced phlebotomist to get you in and out due to the amount of space. I would recommend this place to anyone. My experience was great!”
“This location is great! I was apprehensive given the bad reviews, but it was clean, easy to locate with clear signage, and staff (receptionist, phlebotomist) were friendly and professional. Probably helps to get here earlier for a morning appointment before they get too busy. Upon arrival, I checked-in online using the emailed link, and was called 10 minutes later. Couldn't be easier, will use again for future labwork.”

“I like the Quest Diagnostics facility at Fuller Court, Alexandria VA, and choose to drive a little further to go there rather than facilities closer to me. The technicians are always professional, and quite honestly, they are far more meticulous in adhering to best practices here than at other facilities, such having me verify my name is on each vial and communicating with me what they are doing. I also appreciate that they graciously helped remove my coat and hang it up (the wall hooks are too high for me to reach). I also appreciate that I see the same technicians each time I go for labs. They are always respectful of their clients and pleasant to work with!”
