Bad customer service. Every time I come here there is one representative that is always rude. Please advise your employees about customer service etiquette.

Drove for 45 min because google says the store is opened until 9:30 . Got to the store at 7:50 pm and the doors were locked. The phone line to the store was busy as well.

If I could give zero starts I could. This lady that was in the register had a bad attitude from the beginning that I walked the store. Bad service in this store.🥲
