It's really unpleasant. If you go shopping, you obviously have to touch the clothes. There's an employee who treats people badly. I arrived today and just because I was touching what I wanted to buy, she started yelling at me. Honestly, I won't be back.

This location, the Rainbow shop in Landmark shopping center in Alexandria, VA have some of the rudest nasty and impolite employees I have ever encountered. I am in sales and never would I approach or treat customers the way they do. They appear to hate their job and make you feel like you're a bother to them. Will jot ever shop at that location u til they get rid of them nasty attitude having females in there. Horrible. I love shopping at Rainbow I see why the brick and mortar ships are closing and o line is the way if the future. Not worth dealing with these nasty humans!!!

I have never felt so humiliated and discriminated against because of my race. A store associate yelled at my 5-year-old daughter and me asking us if we wanted to steal since Hispanics steal. My daughter had a toy that she really liked in her hands and we still hadn't After shopping we got into a big argument with the associate, she never apologized and the other associates at the time of paying never greeted us or anything or were polite to us and threw the bags at us "the worst thing is with this kind of uneducated people. "

The store very good prices I like, the only thing I don't like is the customer service, my first time in this store and my experience was the worst, if you don't know how to be a manager please don't be, I hope you talk about it, you don't have to be rude if you don't know the people. You look more stupid pretending to be a manager when you’re not .

I come here all the time and have to say I’m disappointed with the service I recd today.. the lady with the short hair and the bright purple dress asked me to zone a customer terrible why she stood there hanging over the rack do better

I was there on may 14th of may to buy plenty of clothes since they have cute summer dresses. I purchased a few. I came back the next day to get a refund. Associate was having an attitude. She asked if was going to purchase something else I said I will. I grab a pair of pants when I try to the the refund my card wouldn’t go “ Trough ” I of course I had the whole Patience of the world. I don’t know if went tru or not. I’ve been a customer since 2019 but it seems like this people gets annoyed for doing refunds? Then I will appreciate if you guys will let us try the clothes first. The way we don’t have to go tru the refund process. It’s ridiculous!!!

Tight to move around in the store but all of their stores are crowded. No clothes are on the floor so you can still shop.

Terrible experience the black fat women with glasses is very disrespectful and unprofessional, now I see why this store Is always empty. I will not return matter of fact I'm speaking with corporate today about this.

Came in for the first time I was planning on spending a good amount of money since I was going to buy gifts and clothes for me.One of the employees followed me the whole time and keep giving dirty looksI had my hands full of stuff and I was still putting things away as they were.Then the rude older lady came at me and told me that she know I had my hands full but I should be leaving things as they were not a in a nice way, I was so confused and I told her I was putting things away and she was going against my word so left all of the products there and I won’t ever spend one penny in this trashcan of a store

This is my second time going there. The first time was fine, the lady (don't know her name) said hello to me. She was nice. Everything was fine. As of today Oct 26, 2023, I went shopping (no problem, didn't ask any questions). When I was at the register, the fat worker (different lady) was on her phone, and walked away from me to continue her conversation. I know she saw me but she was trying to act like she didn't see me (I'm not stupid) Once she did that, I didn't say anything, I put back all the items on the rack & I just left. I wasn't going to wait until she got off the phone. Very disrespectful, and very terrible customer service. I won't be coming back.
