This branch made me jump through hoops to get my wife's checks deposited. I was told I couldn't cash the checks but I could deposit them and take the money out of my checking account. This made no sense to me. Never had an issue at other branches. The teller wasn't very nice either.

Very disappointed with this branch. My card was deactivated because of fraudulent purchases. Telephone customer service told me they order my card 9/11. Visited this branch several times to withdraw cash from Teller. Not one time did the Teller say there is no card showing ordered for you. 9/30 telephone customer service told me no card was ever ordered for me. I've been waiting for weeks. Such a disservice. Another order was placed 9/30 and I was told to pick up 3 business days from another branch. It's been 5 business days and still no card. This branch also told me the temporary card would not work at the ATM. Another branch told me that's not true. Smh. I'm still waiting, since 9/11 to receive my card. Going on a month now. Also trying to speak to a person in customer service on the phone or online is a joke. The Truist assist button on the site kicks you out of the app completely. Do better!!

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, account management and attention to detail.A simple withdrawal transaction request should not take more than 40 mins. Very frustrated with the lack of communication and training at this branch.

They practice different policies everytime I come in here. It's only this branch I go to any other branch and face no barriers, one month they don't accept money orders, next month they don't offer account to account transfers. Every other trust branch handles these transactions without issue. I think they just don't want to help me because of who I am. I am constantly disrespected and misgendered. I only come here to pay my rent as my landlord chose this place to bank. It's horribly ran.

Truist helped us with our mortgage and we liked the experience so much we opened a checking account when we moved to Virginia. Anytime I visit this branch, everyone is very helpful and eager to help.

Ill-trained staff. Slow service. Late to appointment.

Poorly run. The banker was late for our appointment to begin with. Non-apologetic. I went to another banker who can’t find their checking accounts. Took 20 min to find the checking account I found on their website. Unfamiliar with account terms and can’t print terms and conditions for me. Doesn’t know if there’s a fee for direct deposit or transfers. Told me to go online to read it. Waste of my time. They need to hire and train the right people. Both bankers today are unprofessional.

It was pretty bad. I was running atypical errands, which took me here, as opposed to my usual branch. The staff interaction was so bad, I started looking around for a branch business card, like WHERE AM I?? There weren't any. I asked the teller for a card, she just told me it was "Franconia Rd." I pulled out my phone and Googled. AWFUL reviews. That tracks. I wish I had checked the reviews BEFORE walking in. I came in to expand my Truist services with a new account. The questions they asked behind the counter were condescending, seemingly in attempt to screen me out and find some ineligibility. I had to insist on sitting down with someone to discuss the change. There were several folks also waiting for customer service. There was no signin/wait list. No time estimate. I instantly knew I would NOT be opening an account at that branch. The experience was awful enough I'm now reconsidering the account all together.

There is always one person working at the counter and one person working the drive thru. The line inside the bank is always backed up to the door. You’d think for the number of customers they get daily that there would be more employees working. I’ve never been to a bank where I’ve had to wait 15 minutes or more just to make a deposit.

The merger made the experience very bad. This branch is terrible. By the way, some of the employees are nice.

SunTrust is absolutely abysmal. They gave us the runaround and getting our PPP loan, and then, as the truth comes out weeks later, they were processing them for much larger corporations that they were going to make more money on. We actually needed the money, but those corporations did not. Shame on SunTrust

They don’t want to make my deposit, if I go 30 minutes before they close. The people in this back are lazy .

Melaku Efriem Branch Manager of the Rose Hill SunTrust Bank was very helpful to me when I needed to order new checks for our account in early June 2019.
