Perhaps the worst run bank branch that I've ever been in. When it first opened, there were three tellers working....one was handling the drive-through, the other two handling walk ins. There seemed to be a manager as well who worked with clients in a private office. The gentleman that helped me that day was pleasant, sharp dressed and handled my banking needs promptly and efficiently. Well......as the months have gone by I've noticed fewer and fewer associates working there. Friday, December 29th was the last time that I'll come to this branch. A Friday before a holiday, there was one teller...ONE! This poor guy did his best to handle the flood of walk ins as well as the drive through. At any one time, there were 8-10 people in line. It took me nearly 20 minutes to conduct a simple transaction. The guy who I assume was the manager, spent the entire time that I was there with one couple...oblivious to the line of customers patiently waiting to be helped. I could hear the conversation from the not so private office that centered on the upcoming weekend football games, shopping plans, and other issues having nothing to do with banking. Admittedly, these are first world problems. But to me, it struck me as disrespectful of the Truist customers who were busy that day but had to conduct business in the lobby. Do better Truist. I'm sorry but it's inexcusable to be so I'll prepared prior to a holiday at such a busy location. I'll go to the Hilltop branch from now on where they always have more than a single teller working behind the counter (btw, the single star is for the Kingstowne location only).

Melissa at the Kingstowne branch is fantastic. We were doing a long distance closing on a Truist mortgage recently at that branch, and the settlement company essentially failed us. It was a grueling closing and very burdensome for her, but Melissa was instrumental in helping us close when we otherwise would not have been able to. We are extremely grateful for Melissa‘s assistance and cannot praise her and Truist enough.

Visited the Kingstowne Truist branch to deposit checks , to take out cash and to open a Truist Visa card. I arrived about 40 minutes before closing time. The bank representative was able to ask me a series of questions and get me approved that day. She was very polite and professional.

I would give zero stars if possible. The most UNHELPFUL, PLAIN RUDE, and ENTITLED people. After the merger this bank has become horrible. I recommend everyone get out while they can. When it was only Suntrust I rarely had problems and all the workers I encountered were nice and helpful.

If I could, I would give the new management that has been providing poor services here for the past couple of months a -5! The MANAGERS behaviors are disgusting as they are very FULL OF THEMSELVES, RUDE, and UNHELPFUL!

I had a check to cash, a roll of quarters to buy, and I wanted to report a scam text I received yesterday. The tellers were really nice and helpful and Melissa Benitez gave me some good tips about scams. A convenient location to get banking and shopping done in one trip.

This has got to be the worst bank on the planet!! Too many incidents to record why Suntrust/truist is about to loose my business. Great location but not enough staff. Get some HELP!!!
