Yesterday when depositing a check the very professional gentleman helped me by making sure I deposited it to the correct account. While at this branch, the other bank officer was helping a woman in a wheelchair to set up a new account I was very impressed.

It is a shame and I may transfer my accounts elsewhere do to the closing of the Suntrust Branch in the Safeway at Kingstowne. The hours were convenient for any working individual. What are they thinking? Most people work and if you have a business also you cannot take off work to get to the bank before 5:00 PM. The people at the Safeway Branch were the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Suntrust you have lost my business banking because of this move.

I came it to try to figure out what was wrong with my account because their was some suspicious activity going on in my account. The banker who was to help me told me that i should just call the Suntrust number. I told him i already called but they didnt help, then he said all he would do for me was call them. He was rude and dismissive and very unhelpful. For such a important matter i was not happy how this Suntrust representative treated my situation. I would much rather go to the Suntrust in Rose Hill where they treat you with respect.
