Absolutely do not recommend to live at. Not a friendly environment, they are getting you to sign a paper and adding extra fees randomly. For example they started making you pay to even allow a guest to park onsite. They turn your air conditioning off randomly and it is over priced for the quality. Do not live here go elsewhere.

Shawntey continues to go above and beyond. She is always a pleasure to work with and is one of the main reasons I renewed my lease here for a 3rd year. She is extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely cares about residents! She is definitely a major asset to the Equity staff.

I've lived in the Reserve at Eisenhower Apartments for almost six months. About the property: nice floor-plans design/distribution, and well maintained grounds. The leasing specialists are attentive and professional.
