“I adore the staff at RAPY! I've been living here going on 3 years, and the care and customer service I've received has been exceptional. I lived in a 1-bedroom and transferred to a 2-bedroom; through all the changes, the support made it so wonderful. Location is super convenient and great accessibility to everything you need. Though the community is not labeled a luxury community, the staff treat you like it is. They are very responsive, friendly, and professional. Nathan, Alyscia, Wade, and Rajesh are top tier!!”

“The best around. I came to DC from LA early last year and hooked up with these guys to find a place. Their name really says it all, everything and I mean everything was taken care of. It had the reach of a larger organization but a lot of personal attention you'd expect from a smaller company. I worked with Eric, JJ, and Wendy the most and would recommend these guys over anyone. From furniture and wifi to packages and billing, it was, as the name clearly implies, all very turnkey. Outstanding all around, great outfit.”

“- units are nice for the most part. Some can be a bit of a walk to get to due to the building design.- parking garage was nice, do have some issues here with cars getting messed with or the gate getting broken down to gain access to the garage by outsiders up to no good.- management for the most part was nice and helpful when I was here . Non-management staff were hit or miss, most of them were rude and lazy.- location is nice for things around these units for shopping and restaurants.- inside and office was always clean and organized.- never had issues with packages getting stolen or messed with.- never had issues with neighbors, everyone was respectful and nice.- didn't have to fight for elevator access much, everyone was nice other than the few random entitled humans that think they are someone special. " Have them everywhere you go lol"- overall I honestly enjoyed my stay here other than the walk to my unit was so long.- I would have stayed here for my 3rd year if the prices didn't jump up so much.”
“Recently toured Fuse DelRay, the amenities are amazing. The views from the Penthouse levels are breathtaking and very rememberable. My agent Kiairah was an angel who was very friendly and patience as we asked questions about the property and neighborhood. We would love to call DelRay Tower home in the near future.”
“I love this area. Foundry though has had a lot of issues. Namely with the elevator service, I will say with Bozzuto there has been more community events. This honestly wouldn't have been achieved in the degree that it is without Reginald is the front desk concierge. For a while I didn't want everyone to come downstairs Or outside of the apartment just because it was always such a headache, but I will say that he's been such a sunshine to the apartment complex, especially in regards of inventing new events, always being pleasant, always being courteous and always making sure that he has a smile on his face when he's greeting people around him he's also very quick to address issues that arise when he has a capabilities. He is probably the reason why I've stayed longer.”

“Little bit of a story time, I was a victim of card fraud for a bank with which I had 2 checking accounts. You have the option to pay online here which, I had always done on time in full with one of those accounts. However, due to the fraud, I could no longer pay with one of those cards. I tried to use the bank account I also had linked to the app twice, but I had sent money to the wrong bank account to try to pay, and as such, I had online pay disabled for me. The first month, I was able to use a cashiers check, but the second month, I was advised to use their “WIPS” system, which would require you taking hundreds or thousands in cash to a store, and which I’m pretty uncomfortable with. Fortunately, Yessica Medina and Waleed Safi were able to work with me and seemed to understand my situation, and the first time I tried to talk to them about it, they were able to help me out and get the ability to pay online back to me. It left an extremely good impression on me of Mr. Safi, who it was my first time meeting, and management in general. Mrs. Medina has always been awesome and very helpful whenever I go to their front office, so service as usual for her. Much thanks to both of them. It’s a surprisingly big weight off of my shoulders for something so minor sounding.”

“I still don't think this place is that great. However Ricardo the maintenance guy was very helpful in helping me resolve some issues with my AC and electricity. Issues that would have likely been ignored if he didn't step up to provide extra good customer service.
To be clear I still think that UDR is a terrible management company and they could do a lot more to put the residents first. However Ricardo is a great maintenance guy and I appreciate his help!

“I submitted two maintenance tickets on Friday, August 28th, and within two hours of submitting them, Dion and Isaiah came by to address and complete both requests. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain why I was experiencing an issue with my blinds.
I had previously submitted a maintenance request, and they went above and beyond by following up with me afterward to make sure the issue was fully resolved and that everything was working properly.
I truly appreciate their prompt response, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Dion and Isaias are both a great asset to Bozzuto Management, and their dedication to taking care of residents does not go unnoticed. Thank you both for your outstanding service!”
“The new staff (been about a year or 2) are great. Package service is finally up to date and it's been great (no more Luxer one). maintenance has been great. Cleaning ladies are great. they clean couple times a day.
cockroaches, here and there but when you call they have a guy. They should do an annual (or semi-annual) mandatory service because I think we are catching them more now due to other floors. Last time they did the mandatory service for all unit, we rarely saw one running around.
I'll breakdown the fees so you can get an idea besides, onetime amenity fees, and monthly rent.

“We have been residents here at for 2 years and counting! Overall, our experience has been great!
I relocated to this area from DC. The price and space is more reasonable compared to the prices and space in DC. It is in a great location only 15-20 minutes from DC and 5-10 minutes from Maryland. Within walking distance there’s a park, the metro, a diner, convenient stores (just to name a few).
There has been little to no issues for my family besides the elevator and parking garage malfunctions everything is usually addressed and managed in a timely manner.
The staff is professional, responsive, friendly, and always willing to help especially Shy. Shy is always welcoming. She always takes care of us by addressing our questions and concerns when they arise. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service she gives.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live.”
“I lived at The Altante for 4 years, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff across the board—Sam, the property manager, Xavier, the leasing agent, and the maintenance team—are professional, responsive, and truly care about the residents. Samantha, the property manager consistently goes above and beyond to address concerns and improve the community, which makes a big difference.
One thing I always appreciated is that I never had any safety concerns while living here. The recent upgrade to security code entry doors added an extra layer of comfort and made each building feel even more secure.
The apartments themselves are spacious, updated, and well worth the price. The location is also a major plus—you’re within minutes of everything you need, which makes daily life very convenient.
If I had to mention one challenge, it would be the package center—but this really isn’t management’s fault. Delivery carriers like Amazon, UPS, and FedEx often don’t use the assigned lockers, which causes clutter. Management even tried implementing separate bins to organize packages, but unfortunately, some residents didn’t respect the system and made it difficult to maintain.
As for complaints about pests, I can honestly say I never experienced any issues in my apartment, nor did my neighbors in my building. Trash is picked up frequently (about 6 times a week), so when issues arise, it’s more about residents not properly maintaining shared spaces than the property itself.
I recently moved out and already miss living here. Thank you to the entire team for making my last 4 years such an enjoyable experience—I would definitely recommend The Altante to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live.”
