Stopped by for some help getting tricky earrings in and the staff were not only incredibly patient, but kind and funny as they spent 30+ minutes working with me....then refused to charge anything. I also bring my rings there to be cleaned and know it's a great spot for quality gifts.

They were able to make jewelry repairs in about 10 days, in December, before Christmas. They fixed the catch of a pearl bracelet, untangled a gold chain, and filed down a ragged edge of a gold bangle. Good customer service and reasonable prices. They have an incredible selection of real jewelry
