Came here on a word of mouth recommendation. Alexandria & Company does its work on site, and even if there is a small wait, you know it is because they do quality work. This location is appointment only (to ensure your visit is well executed). I came for jewelry repair but they also make custom pieces.
I was particularly impressed with Ms. Lideya Abebe. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful—listening carefully to what I wanted, providing thoughtful suggestions, and explaining details about craftsmanship and materials without any pressure. Her expertise and professional manner made the experience perfect.

“Do not hesitate to come here! I read the reviews and wasn't sure, but Carlos despite being packed did everything he could to accommodate me on a ring resize. He was the best deal by far in the area, and the craftsmanship was perfect!
When I made a mistake and got it resized to the wrong size, he gave me several options and did an on the fly resize for me in 15 minutes because he know I was with my wife and newborn and it was hard for me to come back!
He also told me to see if this size worked for 30 days and we could come back to make sure it fit right free if charge. He is knowledgeable and even inspected a diamond I didn't purchase from him for free.

“My husband and I came to Rubini for both my engagement ring and our wedding bands, and the entire experience was incredibly special from start to finish. We decided to design the engagement ring together, which I was hesitant to do but it turned out to be such a unique and meaningful process. I'm so happy we did.
We worked with Joanna, who was so calm and guided us through every step with care and patience. Since we had never designed a ring before, we had no idea where to begin. She showed us different styles, walked us through design books, helped narrow down my preferences, and even sketched ideas by hand as we talked through what we envisioned. From there, she created a CAD rendering of the ring so I could review and finalize before officially stepping out of the engagement ring process.
By the time we came back for our wedding bands, we felt much more comfortable with the process, and Joanna once again made everything easy and enjoyable.
What could have been an overwhelming process became such an intimate and unforgettable experience; one that’s now a meaningful part of our story together. Thank you again to Rubini and Joanna. We’re looking forward to coming back for future jewelry needs.”

I fell in love with a Japanese robe and the ladies were extremely helpful, even when I said I would return at a later date to buy it. But I just could not leave it there.
