After transferring me 4 times because no one could figure out how to transfer me to the tool rental section, the phone just rang for 15 minutes and no one ever picked up.

We've been here 20 minutes waiting to return our item. We're second in line the minute we got here. Never coming back here again. I advise you never come here, too.

Right off the highway on our way back to D.C. from a Richmond trip, we pulled into this Home Depot. It's exactly like all the other Home Depots with a large garden area and massive aisles of anything you need for a home project. Bathrooms are in the back, but expect some dirt inside. Customer service was helpful and friendly.
