After a few hours Chris called to let me know that I was due for an oil change and a safety inspection. They toke care of them and sent an Uber to get me there and pick up my truck.”

“I highly recommend this company for all your tow/repair needs. My car died in the middle of a busy road the day before the snow storm. I was in tears and panicking when I randomly called this number. Not only did they rescue me within 20 minutes, they took my car to their repair shop and had it fixed within 24 hours…right before the storm! I was told it was an alternator, but after they diagnosed it, it ended up being the fuel pump. I was able to make it to the store to get supplies before being snowed in. Everyone was super positive, encouraging and friendly. They are my go-to company from no on!!!! Thanks for everything guys!”

“My family's van broke down at 5:15 pm on a Friday in D.C. on our way from Virginia to Wisconsin. It couldn't go more than 40 MPH. We went to Capitol Auto Care just because they were open until 6 on a Friday. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were ready to fix it the next day - Saturday. Capitol was unknown to us, so we were a little wary, because we, being stranded visitors, were the perfect target for a scam or excessively high prices.
One of their customers - a woman with a small child, who was with us in the waiting room and who heard about our situation, told us they were honest, fair, good people. After getting their diagnosis and quote, I also called my regular mechanics back at home, and all of them confirmed that Capitol's prices were very reasonable and that their diagnosis was correct (as far as they could tell). Everyone at Capitol was friendly, clear, and communicative. In fact, after we arrived back at home after our long trip, Capitol called the next morning just to check whether we got home safely. Really, these guys are great - honest, friendly, and fair. 100% recommend.”
“I've trusted Ben Neilsen( *) and his staff for years with my old car. Anything that gets fixed gets fixed right the first time. I love their pickup and drop off service, although now I can walk to their new location on Henry Street. You get pictures of the work they're doing on your car while they're doing it and everything is very transparent. They are friendly and responsive. Frequent coupons have helped to reduce the cost of some jobs and my 2008 Honda CRV is still rolling along. It should be made clear that the reviews answered by "Emma" is for a different business than Ben's.”

“Kevin found me quickly after my car broke down in Tyson’s Corner. He came down and kindly introduced himself. He asked me a few questions, explained the process and told me to have a seat in the truck while he proceeded. He very quickly loaded my car up and even asked if I wanted water from the gas station. Got me to the mechanic safely and quickly. Great towing price, highly recommend!”
