“I had a really good experience with Recovery 1 Towing today. I was unfortunately broke down in DC and had to be towed all the way to Baltimore. To start, the service was excellent and the pricing, competitive. Malachi, my driver, was super professional and very personable. He updated me constantly on his whereabouts before his arrival, and once on call, proceeded to quickly get me across town. You can tell these guys are all about good business. “Car was impounded at this lot. Quick and fast service. No hassles. It was cash only but attendant told me that over the phone. So, I knew what to expect. Besides, I asked all the right questions before coming. Car would not start at lot. The attendant was nice enough to jump it for us. Overall, not a bad experience.”
