“Abidine was great! Excellent communication, called before to verify location and to tell me ETA. Arrived before time quoted by insurance. Confirmed drop off location and sent a video with drop off confirmation.”

“I had a great experience with my tow truck driver, Malachi! He was friendly, punctual, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He was very pleasant to talk to and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier. You can tell when someone truly takes pride in providing good customer service, and he definitely does. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I would absolutely recommend his services!
PS, he should get Employee of the Year!!!! Thanks again, Malachi!”

“I had an excellent experience with Metro Motor Towing, and I especially want to recognize my driver, Hisham, for his outstanding service.
From the moment he arrived, Hisham was professional, courteous, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. He handled my vehicle with great care, explained everything clearly, and made the entire towing process smooth and efficient. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made a difficult day much easier.
It’s not often that you come across someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely kind, and Hisham exemplified both. Metro Motor Towing is fortunate to have him on their team. I highly recommend Metro Motor Towing, and if you’re lucky enough to have Hisham as your driver, you’ll be in excellent hands.
Thank you again for the exceptional service!”

“I was in DC from Orange, VA for a meeting. When I came out, my car was dead, so I called these folks. Robb C (my driver) was amazing, warm, and friendly. Took me to a shop, fixed the issue, and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Thanks, Robb!”

“Kane helped me tow my car this morning when it became clear I had a dead alternator, and even gave me a lift home! He was professional, kind and efficient. I would definitely call District Towing again!”
“Car was impounded at this lot. Quick and fast service. No hassles. It was cash only but attendant told me that over the phone. So, I knew what to expect. Besides, I asked all the right questions before coming. Car would not start at lot. The attendant was nice enough to jump it for us. Overall, not a bad experience.”

“Believe the positive reviews! Their customer service and quality of work are exceptional! I took my car in to have a damaged bumper repaired. Not only did they repair the bumper, but they sent me a video showing where the frame had been damaged by the previous owner (I'd have no idea) and they kept it a while longer to make sure that was repaired as well. I received regular updates by text, ensuring that I was aware of what they were doing the entire time. I picked it up today, and it honestly looks better than it did before the damage! As everyone has said, Delonte is amazing!! He is honest, transparent, and genuinely nice. And Zach is fantastic, too! I highly recommend Murphy's. Thanks for the great work!!!”
