I've called them on a few occasions and the phone rings off the hook. At first I just drove and asked someone in person. Now I drive the extra mile to give Lowes my business on general principle

The customer service here is TERRIBLE. Don't buy a door here. "Danny" is NEVER on site, I've waited hours for service, few people can solve the simplest problems, people don't answer the phone, and I've had to come back to the store four times--only to wait some more!
