Trying to mail something to a deployed service member and was told the only employee working “was not authorized” to mail to APO/FPO addresses because it’s still technically “overseas.”. That is 1) not only wrong but 2) the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.

The level of service is appalling; they show absolutely no interest. They couldn't care less. They talk on the phone, chat, and laugh, completely neglecting to handle customers' transactions. Their staff are terrible—the employees here are awful.
