I have been using this UPS Store for at least 15 years. The staff are always professional, helpful and kind. I first started using them to have documents notarized after our father passed away. They answered any questions we had and were very kind during that extremely difficult time in our lives. They never make me feel silly for not being familiar with their services and machines. This summer, Angel has always been the person who waited on me. She is always knowledgeable and helpful. She and the rest of the staff do not lose sight of the fact that their customers are using their services because they may have experienced life changing events, such as moving, job search, births, deaths and therefore they are a great resource for our community.

I would encourage the employees to not talk with friends on the phone while customers are at the counter. It creates confusion. Service was fast, parking convenient, and office clean and organized.

I was there 2x this week on 6/16/25 employees NOT HELPFUL, nor did they greet me. Today 6/18/25 Erica and Andres were WONDERFUL!!! Wish the others were like this on Monday. Thank you Erica & Andres for being Extremely welcoming

Great experience at this UPS Store. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful with my questions about shredder services. The store was clean and well-organized, and there wasn't any waiting. Will definitely be coming back.

I gave a rating of 10 because the staff went above and beyond to assist me during the notary process. Even though it was no longer part of his job, he guided me every step of the way to ensure I was doing everything correctly, especially since I’m not originally from here. His exceptional help and dedication truly made a difference, and I am incredibly grateful for his kindness and support.

The cashier was very rude. I was trying to ship something out and missed the time at the USPS store and tried this location to see if they could return it for me. The girl at the cashier was very rude when I asked if the barcode I showed worked and she responded very rudely. I then asked if there is a way where I can ship it without the barcode and pay for a new label and she said “again we aren’t usps wait until Monday to figure it out”. Very rude and unprofessional.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE FOR PASSPORT PHOTO. I was here for passport photos and it was done incorrectly according to the Department of State's guidelines. They won't give you refund or retake your photo unless you have a rejection letter. This is ridiculous when you pay so much money for your passport application and taking a risk of being rejected. They will take your photo close up to your face and not following the standard of passport photo. Save your time and money by going to USPS or somewhere else who know what they are doing. Trust me on this if you don't want to pay twice.
