The UPS Store #4039in Alexandria offers a wide range of services, including expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing. The locally owned and operated business is dedicated to providing fast and convenient service to its customers. The store is clean, organized, and has ample parking. While the service is generally fast and efficient, the reviews indicate that the staff's customer service can be inconsistent. Some customers have reported helpful and friendly interactions, particularly with employees like Erica and Andres, while others have experienced less engaged and less welcoming service. However, the store has received praise for its exceptional assistance during the notary process, with one customer expressing deep gratitude for the staff member's guidance and dedication.
Andres, the manager was so helpful and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. Andres laminated some bookmarks for me and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend this UPS store because of the lovely, kind, helpful staff, especially Andres!

Andres! My friend! Thank you so much for providing such amazing service even though we were not in the right place. You went above and beyond not only to wrap up my package but to also provide me other options to drop off since my package said USPS. You didn’t have to provide the extra help but you did. Thank you!!!
