Great gym, great instructors, always a fun time! Not just for kids either; they have classes for adults, including those of us over 35yo. Strongly suggest you try a class if you're even a little bit curious!

I am so disappointed. My daughter has been wanting to do the Intro to Aerial for a few weeks. We scheduled a class a few weeks ago. We drove 25-30 minutes to the Alexandria location and it was closed with no notification. I called the next day and was told someone would reach out and that the aerial teacher wasn’t feeling well. I called back and confirmed to just show up to another class. We attempted this Sunday (a few weeks later) and another day where the instructor was not feeling well. Still no notification by email or on website.Either I have bad luck or the buisness isn’t running this section correctly with customer satisfaction in mind.It’s not so much about the time wasted as it is my daughter dosnt get to try something she’s been looking forward to for a month now.(Also I paid for the session, asked for refund will update if there is an issue with that as well.)Update****A manger reached out and has offered a free class and my money back.Very kind gesture and appreciated. We have not utilized services but I am always understanding when the business attempts to rectify the issue. I will be adjusting my star rating for the gesture. If we attend a class we will certainly adjust the review then as well.

I took my daughters to Urban Evolution as something different to do while on spring break... well worth it. They were given semi-private instruction in parcour and aerial silks and thoroughly enjoyed both. The instructors were very knowledgeable in their sport and made learning new skills fun...I wish I had done it, too.

I signed up for an introductory parkour class via ClassPass, not really knowing what to expect, and ended up having a really great time. I believe it was Dre who taught my class, and he is probably the best person to have taught this class as he has such a cool and calm demeanor and was so helpful to each and every student in the class! This was a great way to switch up your typical date night and something I would highly recommend as well as consider going back for, especially to try the aerial skill classes that they also offer!

We hosted my 10 year old's birthday party here on a Sunday afternoon. The 12 girls had a wonderful time & the host was great with our kids. I would highly recommend Urban Evolution if you're looking to host a small gathering where the kids will both have fun and get some exercise!

Such a fun gym! I'm gonna sign up for a membership next month, I've been to a few aerial sills classes and I absolutely love it and want to try the adult gymnastics as well.Great location off the hwy and parking as well. It's kinda expensive but it's also a completely different type of gym with instructors and classes that are smaller and more intimate.- insta @ SpicyAivy

took an aerial silk class here. it was great. Emma is a great instructor.there are many other interesting classes to consider, like parkour, circus training, and gymnastics, and they can start at the intro level if that what you need

Harry was the best! The kids had a great time! Emily was so good about giving us options and finding a time and product that worked for us. Very impressed by their professionalism and customer service.

Amazing staff, ownership, classes, equipment, and sports. Some stuff could use some touching up but the community is great and gives you a fun way of being active. Best gym in the area without a doubt.

Its an amazing gym. People are chill. The environment is free. And as long as there is right supervision, you pretty much get to go at your own pace. Definitely a recommendable gym

It was an amazing personal training session! The trainer worked with my child to assess her abilities, and guide her on skills and tips for backflips. The lesson was at the right pace and skill level. The trainer was professional and had a great sense of humor. My child thought it was really fun!

I had a blast. I took the Parkour class with Pedro. He was patient and had a progressive lesson plan that helped chain all techniques taught. Excellent facility, great teachers
